Reflex uses simple per-server pricing.

Enterprise (SSO, custom SLA, white-label, dedicated support) is sales-led — use the contact form.
Free tier
Start on one server with no credit card. When you need a second server (or more capacity), start a 14-day trial from Settings → Billing or onboarding.
Changing capacity
Add or remove servers from the dashboard. Billing adjusts on a per-server basis.
Cancellation
Cancel from billing settings. Access continues until the end of the current billing period. We do not refund partial periods.
Invoices
Invoices are available under Settings → Billing → Invoices. Invoices are issued in GBP and include VAT where applicable.
Payment methods
We accept major credit and debit cards via Stripe. Reflex never stores your card details.
