Billing & plans
Reflex offers three self-serve tiers — Solo, Pro, and Agency — priced by monitored servers only. Sites per server are unlimited on every tier.

Annual billing is one upfront charge equal to 10 × the monthly price (two months free).
Bespoke programmes (more than 50 servers, SSO, on-prem Brain, custom SLAs) are sales-led — use the contact form linked from the pricing page.
14-day free trial
Self-serve tiers include a 14-day trial. A card is required at signup; the subscription converts to paid at the end of the trial unless you cancel. Cancel any time during the trial at no cost.
Trial terms
- One trial per organisation
- Disposable email addresses are not accepted
- Tier features match the plan you select at checkout
Changing plans
Upgrade or downgrade from Settings → Billing in your dashboard.
- Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated credit for the unused portion of your current plan applied to the new plan
- Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle (no mid-cycle refunds for downgrades)
Server limits
Plans have a hard server cap — there is no metered per-server overage on self-serve tiers. When you reach the cap, upgrade (or contact sales above 50 servers).
Cancellation
Cancel from billing settings. Access continues until the end of the current billing period. We do not refund partial periods.
Invoices
Invoices are available under Settings → Billing → Invoices. Invoices are issued in GBP and include VAT where applicable.
Payment methods
We accept major credit and debit cards via Stripe. Reflex never stores your card details.
